Do you like scary movies? I for one don’t. My latest and scariest submission is for the sequel movie Halloween. I bravely watched the trailer a number of times, back and forth for ideas. With the volume down, of course, I’m not daring enough to keep it up. No matter how many times I watched the trailer, Michael Myers mask scared me every time.
To create this chilling piece I worked with my signature collage circle. Remaking the white mask was a challenge within itself, I avoided zooming out, in fear of seeing the dark, hollow eyes. I digitally painted the silhouette of the knife red.
