Jan 17th: And, so against the blank canvas of peach and white backgrounds, boldly lay my simple line drawings. Deep black, midnight, charcoal or ebony whatever creative name comes to mind to suit the swirls and spirals of the curvaceous lines. From afar they may be mistaken for scribbles, but when you get closer the lines will soon turn into an outline of a portrait. The joy of creating something so simple is discovered at the end.
