Where Artists Go

I’m constantly on the hunt for inspiration. A necessity amongst artists. I’ve therefore created a go to list of places that renew my passion for art. On my previous blog post I mentioned the William Morris gallery in Walthamstow. Today, I’m going to talk about an open place that many Londoners know all too well, Shoreditch. Shoreditch is brimming with colourful street art, fashionable stores, hip cafes and creative galleries. Plenty of inspiration for artists to muse over. I make it my aesthetic habit to grab my camera and visit shoreditch for at least an hour, in the hope to find new, interesting ideas. I note down the various patterns, colour combinations and styles, to approach them in different ways.
